Ukraine, Luxembourg sign agreement to avoid double taxation
Representatives of the Finance Ministry of Ukraine and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg have signed an agreement to avoid double taxation in Kyiv on September 30.
Minister of Finance Oleksandr Danyliuk signed the document on behalf of Ukraine, and Ambassador to Ukraine Michele Pranchere-Tomassini for Luxembourg.
Former Deputy Finance Minister of Ukraine Olena Makeyeva said the negotiations on the document lasted for about 19 years.
Previously PJSC ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih (Dnipropetrovsk region) appealed to the Ukrainian Ministry of Finance to expedite the signing of this document.
As reported, this agreement with Luxembourg was initialed in September 2015.
