The government's bill on Ukraine's 2017 national budget has been submitted to the Verkhovna Rada.
Bill No. 5000 has been posted on the website of the Ukrainian parliament late on Thursday.
On Thursday the Ukrainian government approved the draft 2017 national budget.
Earlier Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman told reporters that the draft budget includes the government's proposals to increase salaries to teachers and doctors. Among other top priorities are energy efficiency, agriculture, national security, defense and continuation of decentralization
According to Ukrainian legislation, the government is to table draft national budget for next year before September 15 of the current year. In the past 10 years the government submitted it to parliament and at once retracted it for revision.
