Ukraine exports electricity for $109.5 mln in eight months
Ukraine in January-August 2016 exported electricity worth $109.49 million, in particular in August for $11.122 million.
According to the State Fiscal Service, electricity delivered to Hungary amounted to $82.897 million for the eight months, to Poland to $26.238 million, Moldova to $347,000, other countries to $7,000.
In addition, in January-August 2016 Ukraine imported power worth $2.759 million from Russia, $46,000 from Belarus.
As reported, Ukraine in January-August 2015 exported electricity for $102.709 million, in particular to Hungary for $99.5 million, Poland for $1.524 million, Slovakia for $1.115 million, and other countries for $570,000.
