Cabinet intends to increase funding for education in 2017 by UAH 10 bln
Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman announces Cabinet plans to increase funding for education by about UAH ten billion in 2017.
"Investing in education is an investment in the future. We have identified education as a priority to for next year's budget, and we plan to increase funding by about UAH ten billion,” the premier wrote on his Facebook page in the congratulation on the occasion of the Knowledge Day.
He noted that the next year the salaries of education workers would rise by two percent.
"I sincerely congratulate on the occasion of Knowledge Day every family that has family members who study or teach," Groysman said.
