Groysman: State budget of 2017 implies salaries increase for teachers

Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman has declared his intention to include an increase in teacher salaries in the state budget for 2017.

"Education financing will be budgeted as one of the priorities, but we must remember about teacher salaries. We will include in the 2017 budget a salary increase for Ukrainian teachers," the prime minister said at a Cabinet meeting in Kyiv on Wednesday.

He noted that good education is the key to the successful future of the children.
