The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine intends to go to court to recover a UAH 86 billion fine previously imposed on Russia's Gazprom, agency head Yuriy Terentyev has said.
"The decision is to be fulfilled. If it is not implemented, we will appeal to court," he said at a press conference in Kyiv.
He noted the appeal is sent to court when Gazprom will exhaust all the possibilities to contest AMC decisions in Ukrainian courts.
