Court confirms UAH 14 bln debt of Odesa oil refinery to VTB, Kurchenko's companies
The business court in Odesa region approved a register of claims of creditors of public joint-stock company Odesa oil refinery that includes claims of over UAH 14 billion to Russia's VTB Bank and two Cypriot companies belonged to fled Serhiy Kurchenko, MP from People's Front Yevhen Deidei has said.
"The Odesa oil refinery is gradually sailing to the hands of Kurchenko and his Russian partners in crime… a partner in crime of Yanukovych who fled from the country jointly with all thieves of previous authorities receives a chance to rob the country by UAH 14 billion thanks to a decision of the business court of Odesa region, instead of fair punishment for crimes committed," he said.
As reported, earlier Prymorsky district court of Odesa transferred movable property of Odesa oil refinery to state-run enterprise Ukrtransnaftoproduct for storage and management.
