Debts on court rulings with state-guaranteed execution come to UAH 3.2 bln

The debts on more than 155,000 court rulings, the execution of which is guaranteed by the state, as of August 2016 stood at UAH 3.2 billion, Head of the State Treasury Service Tetiana Sliuz has said.

"As of August 2016 the State Treasury Service under the relevant budget program [Measures for the execution of court rulings guaranteed by the state] had more than 155,000 judgments for a total of more than UAH 3.2 billion, which plaintiffs filed to the agency in 2013-2016," she said in an interview with the Uriadovy Kurier newspaper.

According to Sliuz, the amount of payments foreseen in the national budget under this program for 2016 is UAH 144.75 million. In January-July 2016 the State Treasury Service executed 2,996 judgments for a total of more than UAH 55.1 million.

The treasury head also clarified since 2013 the agency has fulfilled 22,611 judgments totaling more than UAH 454.8 million.
