Infrastructure ministry points out facts of sabotage of ProZorro by some officials of Ukravtodor, Ukrzaliznytsia

Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelyan has pointed out facts of sabotage of cooperation with the ProZorro electronic procurement system by some officials of the State Automobile Roads Agency of Ukraine (Ukravtodor) and public joint-stock company Ukrzaliznytsia.

"In fact, the ministry was the leader of this movement, and the system worked out its first steps on our platform. Today the absolute majority of companies are working with ProZorro. We have some problems with some regional departments of Ukravtodor and Ukrzaliznytsia. This is sabotage by some persons," the minister said at a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.

As reported, all public procurements in Ukraine shall be carried out with the use of the ProZorro e-procurement system from August 1.
