MP Khomutynnik jointly with Kolomoisky is co-owner of Ukrnaftoburinnia
MP Vitaliy Khomutynnik on a parity basis with businessman Ihor Kolomoisky own Deripon Commercial Limited (Cyprus) that held 44.989% of shares in private joint-stock company Ukrnaftoburinnia as of late 2015, the Novoye Vremia magazine has reported, referring to the lawmaker.
The investment fund created by Khomutynnik holds 50% in UkrgasInvest gas producer which has joint operation agreements with Ukrnaftoburinnia and invests in development of fields, the magazine said.
According to the information disclose system of the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine, other large shareholders in Ukrnaftoburinnia as of late 2015 were Ares Systems Ltd. and Ariana Business Ltd. with 22.4996% each and JKX Ukraine B.V. (the Netherlands) with 10%. The owners of Ares Systems Ltd. and Ariana Business Ltd. are Viola Blue Ltd and Provost Promotion Inc respectively, included in Panama Papers.
Ukrnaftoburinnia produced 12,210 tonnes of oil and gas condensate in January-June 2015 and 154.07 million cubic meters of natural gas.
