Panorama Group's founders create Astra Property to realize projects
The founders of the Panorama Group development company (Kyiv) have created Astra Property Ltd., which will realize and manage the group's projects, according to a company press release.
According to the press release, Astra Property will realize and manage only commercial real estate projects, which will allow the company to increase its competitiveness and its share on the market.
The company will present a new logo and corporate style soon.
Currently the company's portfolio includes the following projects: the Soniachna Halereya trade and entertainment center in Kryvy Rih (with a total area of 40,000 square meters), the City Mall trade center in Zaporizhia (25,000 square meters), the Inter Mall trade center in Simferopol (15,000 square meters), land plots in Kyiv and regional centers, in particular, in the 26th microdistrict of Kyiv, where the construction of a trade center is to be started in the middle of 2010.
