Cabinet: Tender opens for National Agency for Crime Assets Tracing, Recovery and Management director
The tender commission for electing the head of the National Agency for Tracing, Recovery and Management of Crime Assets has announced a tender for the post of chairman of the national agency, documents from candidates will be accepted from July 19 till August 3, 2016, the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers has stated.
"According to the tender commission, candidates will be selected until mid-September, while the tender will be held in two phases: testing and interview. The commission plans to make decision on who will manage the seized and confiscated property of corrupt officials and other criminals on September 16," the press service said.
According to the report, the agency at the request of law enforcement agencies will search for assets both in Ukraine and abroad, keep a register of seized and confiscated property on criminal proceedings, manage such property in a transparent and profitable for the state and citizens way.
