Poroshenko: Issue of EU macro-financial aid to Ukraine to be solved soon
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko hopes the issue of EU macro-financial assistance to Ukraine will be resolved in the near future.
"We've agreed on macro-financial assistance. We hope the last two points will be settled in the near future. And after the IMF makes decision on granting the next tranche to Ukraine, the European Union will join this by providing Ukraine with macro-financial assistance along with loan guarantees to be given by the U.S.," the president told journalists after a mini-summit in Brussels.
