Shell: Over 500 illegal filling station gas skids operating in Kyiv
Over 500 illegal filling stations gas skids are operating in Kyiv, and this impairs competition on the market, specialist for relation with government agencies at Shell Yulia Zavalishyna has said.
"There are over 500 illegal gas skids in Kyiv… When we raise the issue this violation of law they said: we can do nothing, as these skids do not exist from the legal point of view," she said at the Ukrainian Antitrust Forum in Kyiv last week.
Zavalishyna said that government agencies pay much attention to legal filling stations that pay all taxes and operate legally.
"Attention to legal operators does not decrease. For example, we have received an accusation of price collusion," she said.
