Four Kyiv-based companies ask competition agency for construction corporation permit
Forward Grand LLC, Fortabud LLC, Invest-Construction LLC and Investment Company Ukrbud Invest LLC (all based in Kyiv) have asked Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee to permit the creation of a construction corporation.
The committee told Interfax-Ukraine that the authorized representative of the companies submitted an application for receiving preliminary conclusions on the necessity of getting a permit for agreed actions in the creation of Ukrbud Ukrainian construction corporation.
"It is impossible to present any conclusion for receiving this permit by Forward Grand LLC, Fortabud LLC, Invest-Construction LLC and Investment Company Ukrbud Invest LLC," the committee said.
The authority said that it has no information at what stage the creation of the corporation is at.
