Ukrnafta publishes agenda of shareholders meeting scheduled for July 7
Public joint-stock company Ukrnafta has published the agenda of a general meeting of its shareholders scheduled for July 7 with the issues of the possible introduction of the readjustment procedure, defining its key terms and preliminary approval of the draft readjustment plan.
The agenda also contains the issues of reshuffling the supervisory board and the audit commission, approving reports for 2015.
As reported, Ukrnafta's supervisory board on May 24 scheduled a general meeting of shareholders regarding the readjustment procedure for July 7.
Naftogaz Ukrainy owns a 50% plus one share stake in Ukrnafta, a group of companies associated with the shareholders of PrivatBank (Dnipropetrovsk) holds about 42% of the shares.
