IMF memorandum with Ukraine still being drafted, not finalized
A draft memorandum on Ukraine's economic and financial policy under the Extended Fund Facility with the International Monetary Fund (IMF) is still in the pipeline, IMF Deputy Spokesman for Communications Department William Murray.
"The memorandum of understanding is being drafted currently. It is not finalized. When it is finalized, it is pretty standard practice for Ukraine to publish the memorandum of understanding," he said at a briefing at the IMF headquarters in Washington, D.C., on Thursday.
He did not elaborate on the date of the finalization.
"I don't have a date yet. <…> We are looking for July. Stance we have a July board meeting on Ukraine, the latest review of the Ukrainian program," he said.
