Naftogaz to repeat tender for international communications services via ProZorro system

National joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy has annulled a tender for provision of international communications services announced on March 29, as all four bidders submitted the qualification documents which do not meet tender requirements.

The press service said that Naftogaz intends to announce the repeat tender via the ProZorro public procurement system.

The terms and conditions of the tender are the same.

The company seeks to sign a one-year contract for providing international communications services costing up to UAH 20 million. The bidders are to have offices in the United States, Belgium, Germany and at least three more countries of the Energy Community. The company cannot provide services to Russian authorities and Gazprom to avoid a conflict of interests.
