Fiscal Service stands for introducing timber royalty in Ukraine

Royalties in Ukraine should be charged not only from gas and coal but also wood, Head of the State Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov considers.

"It is necessary to introduce rent not only for coal but also, for example, for timber," he said at a press conference.

"What is the difference between oil, gas, coal and wood? We can further extend the list... We need to reduce some tax rates, while at the same time we definitely need to expand the taxation base," Nasirov added.
