Ukraine, Switzerland expand international road transportation cooperation
Ukraine and Switzerland intend to deepen and develop cooperation in international transportation by road.
The press service of Ukraine's Infrastructure Ministry reported that Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers and the Swiss Federal Council on May 19 signed a protocol amending and expanding the agreement on international passenger and freight transportation by road dated October 30, 2000.
The draft protocol was drawn up by the Infrastructure Ministry.
"Signing the protocol would provide for a reliable international and legal tool to implement and intensify bilateral interstate relations between Ukraine and Switzerland, develop cooperation in international transportation by road and establish business relations," the press service said, citing Minister Volodymyr Omelyan.
