Finance ministry to issue eurobonds worth USD 430 million
Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers on April 27 under a proposal of the Finance Ministry backed a decision to additionally issue and place Ukraine's 2015 foreign loan bonds and government-secured warrants, the Finance Ministry said on its website.
"The additional issue of these bonds would help to finish technical issues of restructuring Ukraine's foreign state debt finalized in November 2015. An additional issue of new bonds and warrants for holders of old bonds totally worth some $430.6 million is to be placed for the final completion of restructuring," the ministry said.
The government approved the conditions for the additional issue of the securities and their placement.
"Thus, the only unregulated state debt is so-called "Russian debt" of $3 billion," the ministry said.
