President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko held a working meeting with Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman, Infrastructure Minister Volodymyr Omelian and Head of Odesa Regional State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili over acceleration of the building works on Odesa-Reni motorway, which is a part of a Pan-European transport corridor.
As the president's press service reported on Saturday, during the meeting the officials decided on the sources of financing out of state budget, customs takings and from EU member states.
In particular, this issue was discussed during a visit of Ukrainian president to Romania on April 21.
"During the meeting, an agreement was reached to start building works in the end of May. The instructions have been given to maintain the road towards one of the tourist routes – Vylkove," a press service said.
