Ukraine won't negotiate gas with Russia until end of Stockholm Arbitration Institute proceedings - minister
Ukraine will not hold negotiations on gas with Russia until the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce finishes considering the case, Ukrainian Energy and Coal Industry Minister Ihor Nasalyk has said.
"There'll be no negotiations until the end of the Stockholm proceedings," Nasalyk told journalists following a Ukrainian government meeting on Wednesday.
