New Agriculture Minister Kutovy to help farmers, complete reform of agriculture taxation

The newly appointed Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food, Taras Kutovy wants to strengthen support to farmers and complete the reform of agricultural sector taxation.

"The ministry was dynamic. I want to add some dynamics and change the emphasis on those I consider to be very important. This is support to farmers, finalization of agriculture taxation," he told reporters after a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada.

According to Kutovy, now he has no plans to reshuffle the ministry, while he wants to communicate first with the leaders of the Agriculture Ministry to coordinate further actions.
