Declaration: Saakashvili declares only UAH 38,600 salary as income in 2015
Governor of Odesa Region MikheilSaakashvili received UAH 38,601 of income in 2015 that consists of his salary only, according to his declaration of income posted on the regional administration website.
The official declared two plots of land with total areas of 6,920 and 500 square meters and one residential house with a total area of 97 square meters. His relatives (wife and two sons) are owners of an apartment with a total space of 754 square meters. However they did not earn any incomes.
According to the declaration, Saakashvili and his family do not posses any transportation vehicle.
Moreover, the Odesa regional governor has $57,000 as a deposit in his foreign bank accounts, and UAH 129,950 were deposited into a Ukrainian bank account in 2015. His family has $48,000 in foreign bank accounts. Saakashvili has no financial commitments.
