Ernst & Young to appraise Naftogaz's assets, Deloitte to audit consolidated report
Ukraine's Economic Development and Trade Ministry has approved an auditor of the consolidated financial report of national joint-stock company Naftogaz Ukrainy for 2015-2016 under international financial reporting standards (IFRS), the holding's press service has reported.
The press service said that Deloitte & Touche USC was named a winner of the tender to select an independent auditor. The contracts worth UAH 32.48 million was signed with the company.
Ernst & Young will be involved in drawing up the consolidated financial report for 2015. The company will appraise assets of Naftogaz Ukrainy and the enterprises where the holding holds at least 51% of shares. The cost of the contract with Ernst & Young is UAH 15.8 million.
