SPF: Cabinet prepares list of 1,300 enterprises for privatization

The Cabinet of Ministers is preparing a list of 1,300 enterprises for privatization, Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPF) Ihor Bilous has said.

"We have agreed the bill and sent it back to the Cabinet, where it should pass final approval, and then it will be submitted to the parliamentary committees and the Verkhovna Rada. It will be difficult and hard [to adopt the bill]," he told Channel 5 TV.

According to the SPF head, it is expected that the privatization of these enterprises will start in 2017.
