Company: Kolomoisky owns 52.843% stake in 1+1 TV, Surkis stake is 17.157%

The share of Ihor Kolomoisky in Studio 1+1 TV and Radio Company LLC stands at 52.843%, while that of Ihor Surkis at 17.157%, reads a report by the company on its official website.

Kolomoisky and Surkis hold their shares in 1+1 indirectly through offshore companies. Together they own a 70% stake, the remaining 30% belong to five individuals, registered in Cyprus, through offshore companies.

The company said distribution of shares among the owners is given as of December 31, 2015. The report on the ownership structure was certified by the director general on March 22.
