Ukraine since the start of 2015/16 agricultural year (July-June) as of April 1, 2016 had exported 31 million tonnes of grain, the Agricultural Policy and Food Ministry reported last week.
"Grain exports today reached 30.52 million tonnes, including 12.883 million tonnes of wheat, 13.407 million tonnes of corn, 4.044 million tonnes of barley and 186,000 tonnes of other grain crops," the ministry said, citing Minister Oleksiy Pavlenko.
He also said that 496,000 tonnes of grain has been loaded on ships. The amount of exported grain and grain prepared for exports totals 31.016 million, including 13.03 million tonnes of wheat, 4.06 million tonnes of barley and 13.74 million tonnes of corn.
