Naftogaz reshuffles two board members in Ukrgazvydobuvannia
Shareholders at a general meeting on March 24 replaced two out of five board members of public joint-stock company Ukrgazvydobuvannia.
The company reported that Commercial Director of Ukrgazvydobuvannia Serhiy Fedorenko and Corporate and General Affairs Director Viacheslav Chaus have replaced Oleksandr Somov and Vadym Shlenchak.
The board also includes Board Chairman Oleh Prokhorenko, CEO Oleksandr Romaniuk and Law Director Olena Kobets (both were elected to the board in December 2015).
Prokhorenko has been head of Ukrgazvydobuvannia since late June 2015.
Ukrgazvydobuvannia is the largest natural gas producer in the country, accounting for about 75% of the total gas production in Ukraine. Naftogaz Ukrainy fully owns the company.
