Ukrainian government provides UAH 106.6 mln to send to EBRD NSA
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has provided UAH 106.653 million to send to the Nuclear Safety Account (NSA) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
The decision is outlined in cabinet resolution No. 178-r dated February 24, 2016.
The funds were taken from ending stocks of the state environment protection fund formed as of January 1, 2016.
Funds from the NSA are used to finance building a spent nuclear fuel storage facility two at Chornobyl nuclear power plant (NPP).
