Court postpones hearing of Metinvest's UAH 5.8 mln claim against Metinvest-SMC, Alchevsk Steel Works until April

Kyiv's business court has postponed until April the hearing of a case under a claim of Metinvest Holding LLC, the managing company of the largest mining and metal group in Ukraine Metinvest, that sued Alchevsk Steel Works (registered in Severodonetsk, Luhansk region), part of ISD Corporation, and Metinvest-SMC LLC for over UAH 5.8 billion.

One of the participants in the proceedings told Interfax-Ukraine that the hearing is scheduled for April 4, 2016.

As reported, Metinvest Holding LLC has sued Alchevsk Steel Works, Metinvest-SMC LLC and Dniprovsky Steel Works for over UAH 23 billion. The court earlier arrested the accounts of Alchevsk Steel Works.
