Cadogan signs agreements with Brend Vik and GM&P service companies
Cadogan Petroleum, a British oil and gas company with assets in Ukraine, has signed contracts with service companies Brend Vik LTD (Ukraine) and GM&P (Italy).
According to a report by Cadogan on the website of the London Stock Exchange, the involvement of these companies will allow to focus on the study and development of facilities that do not require large investments.
As reported, Cadogan Petroleum develops fields in eastern and western Ukraine.
Italy's Eni S.p.A bought 30% in Pokrovskoe Petroleum B.V. and 60% in Zagoryanska Petroleum B.V. (both based in the Netherlands), the companies holding licenses for the development of relevant oil and gas fields in Ukraine, from Cadogan.
