PrivatBank plans to settle issue on provision of information to competition agency within two days
The largest bank in Ukraine, PrivatBank (Dnipropetrovsk), plans to provide information to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine under oil investigations within two days, the press service of the bank has reported.
"We will settle the issue with the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine within two days via the provision of all the required information. All the documents have been drawn up and they will be sent to the Antimonopoly Committee. The refusal mentioned by the committee was made due to formal grounds, as the request did not contain references to the article of the law allowing the committee to make this request," the press service said.
As reported, the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine opened the case against PrivatBank.
