Petrol, diesel fuel sales via filling stations down by 12.6-14.2% in Jan– statistics
Retail sales of petrol through fuel filling stations in Ukraine (excluding occupied Crimea) in January 2016 decreased by 14.2% compared to the same month in 2015, to 118,600 tonnes, the State Statistics Service has said.
Retail sales of diesel fuel through the stations in January fell by 12.6%, to 88,200 tonnes, compressed gas by 14.3%, to 5,200 tonnes, while liquefied gas increased by 28.9%, to 41,600 tonnes.
The share of A-95 petrol in the volume of fuel sold last month was 55.5%, that of A-92 – 44.2%, A-80 - 0.2%, and A-98 - 0.1%.
According to the State Statistics Service, the total cost of petrol sold at filling stations in Ukraine in January 2016 amounted to UAH 2.982 billion (the share was 55.1%), diesel fuel UAH 1.714 billion (31.7%), liquefied natural gas UAH 617.6 million (11.4%), and compressed gas UAH 94.8 million (1.8%).
