Exports contracts to supply military and special-purpose products by State Concern Ukroboronprom's enterprises signed in 2015 is estimated at $1.334 billion, Ukroboronprom Deputy Director Denys Hurak told reporters in Kyiv on Thursday.
He said that exports of armament and military services by Ukroboronprom's enterprises reached $600 million in 2015, which is the same as in 2014.
He said that last year Ukrainian special exporters managed to reorient from the sale of surplus armament from their warehouses, which was done before 2014, to supplies of new products of the Ukrainian defense and industrial complex to customers.
Hurak said that at present, five sixth of total exports are military equipment repair and modernization services and supply of spare parts.
