Growth in prices for construction work in Ukraine accelerates to 27.1% in 2015 - statistics
Prices for construction and assembly work (CAW) in Ukraine in 2015 increased by 27.1% compared to 2014, while the growth in prices in 2014 from 2013 was 9.5%
According to the State Statistics Service, these figures are given excluding the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea and Sevastopol, and part of the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) zone in the east of Ukraine.
According to the State Statistics Service, in 2015 from 2014 the growth in CAW in construction of engineering structures was 34.2%, non-residential buildings 28.2%, residential buildings 24.2%.
In December 2015, the prices for CAW grew by 0.2% compared to November 2015 and 22.7% on December 2014.
Growth of prices for CAW in December 2015 on November 2015 was seen in construction of residential and non-residential buildings and engineering structures, while the decline in transport structures was 0.2%. The largest growth (0.5%) was recorded for construction of residential buildings.
