Ukrnafta elects three new board members - Pasishnyk
Hennadiy Radchenko, Robert Wally and Mavriky Kalugin have joined the supervisory council of PJSC Ukrnafta, Executive Director of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy Andriy Pasishnyk has told Interfax-Ukraine.
"The supervisory council elected three new members, namely Mavriky Kalugin, Hennadiy Radchenko and Robert Wally. The powers of board member Christopher Cox (had been executive vice president of Ukrnafta for production and processing within two months) have been terminated," reads the report.
Kalugin previously held the post of Vice President of Petrofac oil service company for Eastern Europe, the Caspian region and Russia.
