Trade Ministry plans to form supervisory council of Naftogaz by Apr
Ukraine's Ministry of Economic Development and Trade plans to form the supervisory council of NJSC Naftogaz Ukrainy by April this year, minister Aivaras Abromavicius has said.
"We plan by late March to appoint supervisory council members, including five people, three of whom will be independent," he said.
As reported, the ministry attracted Odgers Berndtson recruitment firm to the selection of candidates for the post of independent members of the supervisory council of Naftogaz. Applications from potential candidates are accepted until February 10, 2016.
The government began the corporate governance reform in Naftogaz in 2015 according to the principles of the OECD.
