Competition agency opens case against Ukrtatnafta for provision of incomplete information
The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has opened a case against public joint-stock company Ukrtatnafta for provision of incomplete information to the committee.
The committee's press service reported that the committee is investigating into a case opened with signs of violation of law on protecting competition by Ukrtatnafta, Halychyna oil processing complex, Halnafta LLC, Prykarpattianaftotrade, Kotlas, Polihonal, Garant-UTN by means of anticompetitive agreed actions concerning the falsification of the results of auctions to sell crude oil and gas condensate.
The committee several times sent requests to Ukrtatnafta.
