Kernel's manager buys shares worth $1.6 mln on market
A company under the control of one of the managers of Kernel Group bought 158,734 shares in Kernel Holding S.A. (Luxembourg) in the period from January 20 to January 22, 2015 on the Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE).
Kernel said on the WSE that the average price of a share was PLN 42.30 ($10.20).
As of 15:52 on January 26 the value of shares grew by 0.35%, to PLN 42.95 ($10.36) per share.
Kernel is a vertically integrated company which has been operating in the Ukrainian agribusiness sector since 1994. The group produces sugar and sunflower oil, distributes bottled oil under the brand names Schedry Dar, Stozhar and Chumak Zolota, exports oil and grain, and provides elevator storage services for grain and oilseeds.
