Ukraine's Economic Development and Trade Ministry estimates investment in Ukraine in 2015 at almost $3 billion, the ministry tweeted with reference to Minister Aivaras Abromavicius.
"Despite the critical situation, almost $3 billion in investment was injected in Ukraine in 2015. And this is amid ongoing aggression in the east [of Ukraine]!" the tweet said.
As was reported with reference to the NBU, the net inflow of foreign direct investment January through November 2015 was $2.3 billion ($42 million in January-November 2014).
