The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) is working to legalize the ownership structure of 33 banks, while the process in 22 banks is at the final stage, according to the website of the regulator.
According to the report, in particular, the process of legalization of the ownership structure is at the following banks: Avant-Bank, Agrocombank, Vector Bank, Bank Gefest, Globus, Express-Bank, Investbank, Bank for Investment and Savings, Investment-Trust Bank, Industrialbank, CIB Bank, KSG Bank, Motor-Bank, Neos Bank, Bank Narodny Kapital (People's Capital), First Investment Bank, Petrocommerce-Ukraine, Bank Premium, Platinum Bank, TAScombank, Bank Khreschatyk, Bank Unison.
In addition, the National Bank is legalizing the ownership structure at Alpari Bank, DV Bank, Bank Zemelny Kapital (Land Capital), Investment-Trust Bank, ClassicBank, Bank Novy, Smartbank, TK Credit, Bank Ukrainian Capital, Finance Bank, and Bank Center.
As reported, on October 8 the NBU announced the list of 48 banks with a non-transparent ownership structure.
