The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has expanded the interagency commission for organization and implementation of product sharing agreements (PSAs).
This is outlined in cabinet resolution No. 1172 of October 28, 2015 published on Monday.
The resolution amends resolution No. 644 of August 1, 2013. The cabinet includes the deputy prime minister-regional development, construction, housing and utilities economy minister into the commission and established that the deputy prime minister chairs the commission instead of the energy and coal industry minister.
The commission also included deputy minister of the Cabinet of Ministers, deputy ecology and natural resources minister, first deputy agricultural policy and food minister, the head of the service of the deputy prime minister-regional development, construction, housing and utilities economy minister and a representative of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (by consent).
