National budget 2016 foresees UAH 60 mln for Mejlis – Yatseniuk
The Ukrainian government has allocated UAH 60 million to finance the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People, Ukraine's Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk said.
"For the first time our state budget foresees funding of our brotherly Crimean Tatar people – the government allocates UAH 60 million to finance the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People," Yatseniuk said on air of "Ten Minutes with the Prime Minister" program on Sunday night.
As reported, in the early hours of Friday, before the adoption of the law on the 2016 national budget, Yatseniuk said that the key financial document of the country envisaged UAH 40 million to finance and support the activities of the Crimean Tatar Mejlis.
