Yatseniuk expects that Ukrnafta to pay UAH 1.8 bln of dividends by late 2015
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has warned Board Chairman of public joint-stock company Ukrnafta Mark Rollins that he took a liability of providing for payment of UAH 1.8 billion of dividends to the state.
"I expect that Ukrnafta and the company's head, as it is said in the contract, will pay UAH 1.8 billion of dividends by the end of the year," he said in the parliament.
Yatseniuk said that the non-fulfillment of the liability that Rollins personally signed, when he was appointed to the post, will entail his dismissal and fines.
Naftogaz Ukrainy owns a 50% plus one share stake in Ukrnafta and a group of companies related to the shareholders of PrivatBank (Dnipropetrovsk) holds about 42% of the shares in the company.
