Ukraine's talks with Russia on debt restructuring mediated by Germany - Ukrainian finance minister

Germany is mediating talks between Ukraine and Russia over the former's debt restructuring, Ukrainian Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko said.

"We are in contact with them through our German partners," she said after a Cabinet press conference on Tuesday.

She said her earlier meeting with Russian representatives was mediated by the German finance minister and the talks are being mediated by a German representative, Jaresko said.

Ukraine has not received any new proposals from Russia over debt restructuring, the minister also said.
