Yatseniuk proposes that exporters take part in creation and financing of eight trade missions abroad
Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has proposed that exporters take part in the creation and financing of the operation of eight trade missions abroad.
"We would have the staff problem in the trade missions, and we would have a problem with payment for their labor. We propose that you take part in the selection of trade commissioners in eight countries and take part in financing of the opening of these trade missions," he said, addressing business representatives at the meeting of the council of exporters.
As reported, on November 25, the Cabinet of Ministers proposed to Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko to create eight trade missions abroad to promote exports of Ukrainian goods.
The cabinet proposed that trade missions are opened in the EU (Brussels), the United States (Washington), China, Egypt, Germany, Poland, Switzerland and Turkey.
