Dragon Capital plans to acquire 20% of shares in Ukrainian Exchange
Dragon Capital Investment Group, which earlier suspended its participation in the acquisition of shares in public joint-stock company Ukrainian Exchange (Kyiv), has said that the group plans to acquire 19.99% of its shares.
Dragon Capital said on Monday that Dragon Capital s.r.o. will buy 4,997 shares in Ukrainian Exchange.
As reported, on November 27, the National Commission for Securities and the Stock Market of Ukraine permitted Teta Partners Ltd. affiliated with Univer Capital (Kyiv) to indirectly acquire shares in Ukrainian Exchange. 100% in Ukrainian Exchange Holding which holds 20.64% in Ukrainian Exchange will be bought. In addition, Univer Capital plans to acquire slightly over 2% of shares in Ukrainian Exchange. Thus, the group will hold around 23% of shares in the exchange.
