Groysman supports introduction of five-year moratorium on changes to fiscal system after its reform
Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman has supported the introduction of a five-year moratorium on changes to the fiscal system after its reform.
According to the press service of the Verkhovna Rada, Groysman, delivering a lecture to students in Kharkiv, expressed confidence of the need for a moratorium on changes to the fiscal system within five years after the reform.
"According to him, this will be a good incentive for domestic and foreign investors, the development of small and medium businesses," reads the report.
Groysman also stressed the need for urgent changes in the current judicial system.
The speaker noted that the president of Ukraine last week submitted a bill to the parliament as for amendments to the Constitution in part of reforming the judiciary.
"We need fair justice," Groysman stressed.
